FULL COMPASS HONORED BY BAG END

As dealer of the
year for sixth
straight year

It was no contest. Full Compass won BAG END Loudspeaker Systems' “Deal of the Year” honors for an unprecedented sixth year in a row in 2000.

Noting that BAG END is celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2001, company president James P. Wischmeyer recently flew to Full Compass' Middleton. WS Headquarters to present the award in person.

“Full Compass owners Jonathan and Susan Lipp - along with sales manager John Vitale - have been unswerving in their loyalty to and support of BAG END,” Wischmeyer said. “They and their organization are a class act.” Added Wischmeyer, "Persevering for a quarter of a century is no small task. A critical portion of our success is due to the unusual loyalty we have been blessed with from our dealers, like Full Compass, and our rep firms. Without them, it's very likely we wouldn't be here today.”

Full Compass is a $50 million a year pro audio retail operation that - through steady, controlled growth and an emphasis on goodwill - has positioned itself as one of the leaders in the industry. “We're very loyal for starters,” Susan Lipp, president of Full Compass.

“We're very loyal to our staff and we're very loyal to our vendors, like BAG END. If a vendor does well by us, we are behind them 100 percent. We scratch each other's backs.” “Full Compass is very good at being what it is - developing relationships,” Jonathan Lipp added. “With manufacturers, customers and employees, we're always looking for long-term relationships.”
