BAG END
INTRODUCES COMPANY’S FIRST SINGLE-21 SUBWOOFER

S21E-C

Loudspeaker Systems is introducing one of the largest single- speaker enclosures in the industry at the 2003 Winter NAMM Show, Jan. 16-19 in Anaheim, CA — a single 21-inch subwoofer system designated the S21E-C. The Barrington, IL, loudspeaker manufacturer, which already enjoys a worldwide reputation for its no-compromise bass speaker systems, has done it again. This time BAG END has created a high output 21-inch subwoofer system that provides high fidelity audio reproduction in a relatively small enclosure.

The enclosure contains a single EL-21 transducer which — when controlled with the BAG END INFRA extended low frequency signal processor — boasts a flat frequency response down to 8 Hertz. Designed for portable use, the 24˝-inch high by 24˝-inch wide by 20˝-inch deep cabinet is fit with two recessed handles, protective corners and a pole mount adapter. Fully loaded, the enclosure weighs 81 pounds.

“The S21E-C takes the options for a compact high output low bass system to a new level,” said BAG END Sales Manager John Marcopulos. “Using our first 21-inch driver driven by an INFRA processor, the system delivers higher output than a similar-size conventional bass system. It offers quick, tight musical bass response while maintaining a flat response.”
